Visitor Information -- Management at either of the two lodges available in the area is your best bet for reliable, up-to-the-minute info on the Chyulu region.

Getting There -- There are scheduled flights from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park and Tsavo National Park. From either park, it's a short hop to private airstrips at either Campi ya Kanzi or Ol Donyo Wuas, the only two recommended places to stay in the region, both of which have private airstrips. You could also arrange an overland transfer from either of the national parks, but be prepared for a bumpy ride. The direct flight from Nairobi to either Campi ya Kanzi or Ol Donyo Wuas takes approximately 1 hour and will be organized by the lodge or operator or via the lodge's in-house plane (such as Ol Donyo Wuas). By way of example, the cost of a seat on a plane from Nairobi's Wilson Airport to Campi ya Kanzi is $300 one-way.
