Getting There From the airport, you must take a taxi to Ciudadela, as there is no bus link. The cost is approximately 45€ ($65) each way. From Mahón, six buses go back and forth every day; a one-way fare costs 4€ ($5.80). Departures are from Plaça s'Esplanada in Mahón. From Ciudella in the west to Mahon in the east coast, head east along C-721, which traverses through the center of Minorca and is the best road on the island. Visitor Information The tourist office, located at Plaça Catedral 5 (tel. 90-292-90-15), is open June to September daily 9am to 9pm; October to May, hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 1pm and 5 to 7pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
