Cleveland's most sophisticated restaurant, this perennial award-winner combines sleek ambience with gourmet food and unexpected surprises. Named for the Twentieth Century Limited rail line, the sepia room has black-and-white photographs showcasing the city's turn-of-the-20th-century splendor. With impeccable service, Century features classics from filet mignon and grilled seafood to mouthwatering sushi. Desserts include expected pastries and soufflés as well as young-at-heart s'mores and cotton candy. Although indeed ritzy, business casual dress is the norm.
