Chef Zack Bruell has been garnering rave reviews for his new minimalist restaurant that showcases global fusion cuisine with bistro flavors. From Chinese steamed mussels with ginger and black-bean sauce to oven-warm naan with three dipping sauces, including goat-cheese hummus and pickled lime aioli, appetizers are varied and adventurous. Bruell's intimate chef's tables inside the kitchen have become a culinary hot ticket, where diners feast on such specialties as grilled chicken with watercress and rosemary pommes frites with beurre blanc; and crispy, seared duck breast with mashed cauliflower and a sherry vinegar sauce.
