Best Value Inn Villa Motel
There are scads of motels on Colorado Avenue heading into Manitou Springs, and more after it turns the corner and becomes Manitou Avenue, and quality varies considerably. This is my pick, thanks to well-kept, comfortable rooms, reasonable rates, and a great location. Of all the motels in the area, the Villa Motel is within waking distance of the center of town.
