Château de Locguénolé ReviewThis country estate is owned by the same family that ran it some 5 centuries ago. Following a devastating fire, the 15th-century château was rebuilt in its present form in 1805. A Relais & Châteaux member since 1970, with views over coastline and an inlet, it's filled with antiques, tapestries, and paintings. Guest rooms vary in size and style, but each has a harmonious color scheme and, season permitting, sprays of flowers. The converted maids' rooms are smaller, yet still charming; some units are in a converted 1720 Breton cottage.
