There’s not much room in this tiny pub in Roundstone, which means you’ll be fighting for space with dozens of hungry locals. But trust them, for they know exactly what they’re here for: extremely good, fresh seafood, simple and beautifully prepared. There’s nothing complicated about the menu, and that’s part of the appeal—Connemara salmon or seafood medley, served in a white wine and cream sauce, or a steaming bowl of beef and Guinness stew to keep carnivores happy. Try the delicious chowder if it’s on offer. Needless to say, booking is advisable.
