In Sigatoka Town next to Jack's Handicrafts, Roshni and Jean-Pierre Gerber's clean Le Cafe Pizza Town (tel. 652 0668) offers a mixed menu of sandwiches, salads, curries, spaghetti, pizzas, fish and chips, and other snacks. You can check your e-mail here, too. Prices range from F$6.50 to $F16 (US$4-US$9.50). Credit cards are not accepted. Le Cafe is open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 5pm. The Gerbers -- she's from Fiji, he's a Swiss chef -- also serve dinners at Le Cafe in Korotogo .

Although her original restaurant is better , Vilisite's Seafood Restaurant No. 2 is on the Queen's Road in Sigatoka west of the river (tel. 650 1030). It's open daily from 10am to 9:30pm.

Many Coral Coast hotels have special nights, such as meke feasts of Fijian foods cooked in a lovo, served buffet style, and followed by traditional dancing.
