This comfortable inn began life as a private home with bedrooms on either end of a two-story central hall, which opened to a veranda overlooking a swimming pool and the lagoon. The beach is across a dead-end road known as Sunset Strip, which was the main drag before the Queen's Road was diverted around the Outrigger on the Lagoon Fiji, a short walk from here. Today, a bar, lounge furniture, and potted palms occupy the great hall, and two restaurants have taken over the verandas. Upstairs, four rooms open to another veranda wrapping around the house. Inside, guests can opt for two-bedroom family rooms capable of sleeping up to four persons. To the side of the house, a two-story motel block holds 16 air-conditioned rooms, all sporting large bathrooms with walk-in showers. Four of these also have cooking facilities.
