Frommer's Review
In a beautifully restored 16th-century building, this elegant restaurant has been serving some of the best international dishes in Córdoba since 2000. The young chef at L'America was trained in the United States and loves to combine Argentine ingredients with North American and international flavors, such as the smoked baby back ribs with barbecue sauce, served with jasmine rice. The smoked pork loin wrapped in pancetta is a masterpiece. There's also a good selection of salads and delicious appetizers. The menu changes every 3 months, and the wine list includes hundreds of labels.
