Housed in what was once an old bathhouse, this eatery is the talk of the town for its fresh ingredients and attention to detail. Grilled mackerel comes with buttery new potatoes and the licorice-like hint of fennel, crispy salmon is served with Chinese greens and noodles, and breast of chicken with a dollop of lemon aioli. The place is lovely, with tall windows flooding the dining room with light.
