For serious fishermen and women, it's possible to head out on a sport-fishing boat-hotel. Boats vary in size and level of luxury, from small and simple to larger and luxurious. Nearly all offer packages that include meals and accommodations in small cabins, plus a guide and a small aluminum boat with an outboard motor from which you fish during the day. Drinks are always available and always cost extra. Guests normally bring their own fishing gear.
