This place is just so Oregon it should not be missed. The menu is eclectic, the ingredients are usually organic and locally grown, and the wood-fired oven and patio are made of mud! Actually, the owners of the restaurant like to call it earth, not mud. If you're intrigued, come by for a meal and order something from the 9-foot-tall earth oven. Offerings include lots of creative pizzas, as well as fire-grilled salmon with the sauce of the moment and fire-grilled steak and lamb burgers.
