Antiquing the 'Wolds -- If ever there were an English fantasy, it's to drive the country back roads of the Cotswolds, stay in a manor house hotel, and spend your days browsing the antiques shops, densely packed into these old market towns.

The Cotswold Art and Antique Dealers' Association (CADA) publishes a free brochure of members and will happily guide you toward shippers and even hotels. Established in the mid-1970s, and with about 45 active dealers scattered throughout the region, it offers valuable help in organizing your antiques-buying assault on a region known for its decorative treasures.
