Croatia is such a diverse country that it is difficult to standardize any touring plan of action that will cover all its important places without leaving out many "must-sees." Consequently, we've divided our itineraries into two parts: routes for those who enter the country at Zagreb, and routes for those who start in Dubrovnik. These include our favorite places and allow for a variety of time frames.
Note: If you plan to spend 2 weeks in Croatia, simply follow both 1-week itineraries, in whatever order you prefer.
