The Sinh Café expands its monopoly on budget-traveler amenities here with this new, centrally located little gem. Rooms have clean tile floors and basic amenities, and any lack of design (hello pink ceramic bathrooms) is compensated for by their clean, airy rooms for next to nothing, though some even have nice filigreed ceilings and cool, subdued lighting. The hotel does get its share of groups and things can get pretty noisy. This is a good budget option and the folks at Sinh Café are always accommodating when arranging tours or getting you around town. Service is friendly, but not always effective.
