Frommer's Review
After an upgrade, the Gloria Plaza is now a more pleasant place to stay. Guest rooms and bathrooms are now bigger in size, everything is clean, and the staff is friendly. There is a new lady floor decorated with a feminine touch, catering for women traveling alone. Cheaper units on lower floors receive little natural light.
