Frommer's Review
About 6km (3 3/4 miles) northwest of town, this modern, rambling, Swiss-style lodge sits in a lovely woodland setting on the shores of Lough Eske at the foot of the Blue Stack Mountains. The large guest rooms, most of which feature views of the lake, are elegantly decorated with mahogany furniture -- some with four-poster beds. The excellent restaurant was recently expanded down to the edge of the Lough, so ask for a table by the window and enjoy the sunset on the water.
