Zafra Restaurant ReviewThe main dining room and veranda overlook the lush valley surrounding the Plantation Clubhouse and the mountains looming in the distance over its surrounding greens. We love the remake of the Caribbean obsession with the North Atlantic codfish by serving it saltimboca style, with prosciutto, sage, and red and yellow tomato chimchuri, as well as the classic prime rib with horseradish au jus. For lunch, you won't do better than its version of Puerto Rican barbecued chicken or a grilled tilefish in a mango-lime mojito.
