In galleries spread over the second and third floors of the Delaware State Visitor Center, you'll see rooms filled with antique furniture; gorgeous silver tea services produced locally; and the works of the Hudson River School, the Peales, and local painters and sculptors. The collection of Sewell C. Biggs, a local art patron, spans 2 centuries and includes 20th-century Impressionism.
