This place has such a casually exuberant atmosphere that you may just be startled by how good the food is. Prices range from bargain to splurge for dishes like chile chicken ramen or the yamamori yaki soba with its mound of wok-fried noodles, piled high with prawns, squid, chicken, and roast pork. Vegetarians aren't overlooked, as there are plenty of veggie options. Lunch specials are outstanding here, so lunch is a good time to come.
