This upscale hotel straddles the line between traditional and modern, trying to offer a little something for everyone just off the bustling shopping hub of Grafton Street. The understated guest rooms have luxurious touches, like minibars stocked with Waterford crystal; the lobby is spacious with a restaurant, cafe terrace, and bar -- a favorite of Dublin's beautiful people. But there are significant flaws to the look of the rooms in particular -- there is a cheapness to its design and furniture choices. This is not the most lavish hotel in the city at that price.
