Located in an old seafarers’ hostel near the wharves, Plato is a consistent winner in local cuisine awards. There’s a big emphasis on fish; dishes like pan-fried salmon on fennel gnocchi, Thai seafood curry, or slow-braised duck leg make it a popular choice. Take a cab, as it’s easy to get lost in the wharf area.
