Introduction to Durbuy

31km (19 miles) S of Liège

A quaint medieval town on a bend in the Ourthe River, Durbuy (pop. 11,000) makes an ideal touring base. Its narrow, twisting streets are lined with pretty, flower-trimmed stone houses. The town has an 11th-century castle to complete the scene.
