Bungee Jumping

Andes Adrenaline Adventures (tel. 09/9900-300; bungeezone.cjb.net) offers 100m (330-ft.) jumps from a bridge over the Río Chiche every Sunday from 10am to 3pm, and with groups of 10 or more any other day of the week. The jump site is located just 25 minutes from Quito, between the towns of Tumbaco and Puembo, and can be reached on public bus (to Puembo, or to El Quinche); see above website for directions. Reservations are required.
