Here in the Ocean Terminal shopping mall, this bar and grill has vast picture windows with views of the Firth of Forth. On warm days or when the prevailing wind drops, an outdoor terrace comes in handy. Zinc offers the best choice for lunch or dinner in the shopping center -- which is also the home of the Royal Yacht Britannia. Food includes an array of burgers, roast lamb, grilled chicken, fried sole, or salmon, along with steaks made from Angus beef.
