Frommer's Review
If you're desperate for a chargrilled patty of real ground beef, please resist any urge to visit the ubiquitous international fast-food chains. You can patronize them enough at home. Instead seek out wee Bell's Diner in Stockbridge. Open for some 30-odd years, the diner's burgers are cooked to order with a variety of toppings (cheese to garlic butter) and are served with fries, salad, and a full array of condiments. Its only drawback, aside from its limited space, is the limited hours of operation: only open in the evenings, save Saturdays when Bell's is open for lunch and dinner.
