Because the Tower is set at the top of the Museum of Scotland, it's worth requesting a window seat when making a reservation here. A sister operation to the Witchery and in some opinions superior, the kitchen here employs local ingredients to create some tasty fare: Hearty portions of steak, roast venison, and excellent seafood are featured on the menu. Dishes can include a pepper-encrusted monkfish served with baby leeks and a red wine sauce or quail stuffed with Spanish black pudding.
