Part of the "Sherry Triangle," this old, dilapidated port is most easily reached from Cádiz, but it's also within easy reach of Jerez de la Frontera. A historic port, it opens onto the northern shores of the Bay of Cádiz. Nearby are some choice white-sand beaches of the Costa de la Luz. The Terry and Osborne sherry and brandy bodegas dominate the town. Many summer visitors come just to patronize the seafood bars.
