El Paraíso Costa del Sol

Between Marbella and Estepona in front of Costalita Beach, the impressive El Paraíso Costa del Sol is the leading moderately priced establishment in town. This modern building, constructed in the 1980s, is 12km (7 1/2 miles) from the center of Estepona. The most exciting element of the bedrooms is that they open onto balconies fronting the Mediterranean. Otherwise, expect midsize to fairly spacious accommodations, furnished in a typical resort style -- comfortable but not special. Guests can indulge in many activities in the area, including golf nearby. The best feature here is the panoramic bar on the seventh floor with a nudist sunning terrace. The hotel also has a children's play area, although it's hardly a reason to check in if you have kids.
