Planning a Trip

The station is on the outskirts of town, while the tourist information center is in the city center. The primary reason to take the trip at all is the cathedral, so just take bus nos. 1 or 6 to the Baszilika stop and walk up to the church. Buses depart from outside the train station and you can buy your ticket on the bus. Bus no. 6 tickets cost 100 Ft, but on our return to the station, when we were much closer, the ticket on bus no. 1 was 165 Ft. We realized they are two different companies.
