Frommer's Review
Look for the signs or just ask, but do find your way to the Sausage Kitchen for a delicious, if perishable, souvenir. In addition to tasso (Cajun ham) and pounce (stuffed pig stomach), Lejeune's sells a variety of sausages, including a memorable garlic pork. It all freezes well, but alas, they don't ship. Old Crowley Rd.
