Planning a TripLoganair operates scheduled service in a seven-seat "Islander"; flight time is 25 minutes. From Sumburgh Airport, there's a flight on Saturday only, which links with incoming Loganair flights from both Glasgow and Edinburgh. The mail boat Good Shepherd sails on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from Grutness Pier, Sumburgh Head, on Shetland.
