Since 1993, this friendly, family-run restaurant has been serving simple, tasty Moroccan food to travelers looking for authentic cuisine at very reasonable prices. Diners can sit in any of the four salons, all furnished in the typical Moroccan style with low lounges (tired-looking but still comfortable) and tables with quirky wall hangings such as antique clocks, drums, and animal skins. Set menus offer all standard Moroccan staples such as harira soup, couscous, brochettes, pastilla, and tagine -- try the chicken with almonds -- with salade Marocain and pastries. The restaurant can be difficult to find but is very well known by the locals, who should be able to steer you in the right direction if you're struggling.
