Horseback RidingAlthough I prefer sipping a cold drink, a great way to experience a South Pacific sunset is from the back of a horse while riding along a beach. You can do just that on Nadi's Wailoaloa Beach and at Sonaisali Island Resort. Some resorts on the Coral Coast have riding in their stable of activities.
