Horseback Riding

Although I prefer sipping a cold drink, a great way to experience a South Pacific sunset is from the back of a horse while riding along a beach. You can do just that on Nadi's Wailoaloa Beach and at Sonaisali Island Resort.

Some resorts on the Coral Coast have riding in their stable of activities. In Pacific Harbour, Uprising Beach Resort lets you go "horse-boarding" -- a horse running along the beach pulls you and your boogie board across the lagoon.
