Hotel Burchianti ReviewIn 2002, rising rents forced the kindly owner of this venerable inn (established in the 19th c.) to move up the block into the piano nobile of a neighboring 15th-century palazzo. She definitely traded up. Incredible frescoes dating from 17th century and later decorate virtually every ceiling. This is one of the most sought-after little hotels in Florence, so be sure to book well in advance.
