Frommer's Review
This former student hangout and now board-rated two-star hotel, is still partly used as a study-abroad dorm, although its clientele ranges from college juniors to young adults to retirees, all attracted by the excellent price-to-location ratio: It is tucked away on its own little piazza at the heart of the centro storico's pedestrian zone. The rooms are brightly tiled but bland. This is a large operation without any of the warmth or ambience of a small, family-run hotel, and the concierge and management are efficient but generally uninvolved.
