Maingau Stuben ReviewOne of the best loved of the Sachsenhausen restaurants, this South Bank eatery does a thriving business, although food critics sometimes complain of a variance in the quality of the cuisine. The menu isn't as old-fashioned as you might think by the traditional setting of subdued lighting and linen tablecloths. The chef does duck extremely well, and is also noted for his rack of venison served in a walnut crust. He also on occasion prepares a saddle of rabbit wrapped around fresh asparagus.
