Frommer's Review
Frankfurt's best dance club is presided over by Sven Väth, the most celebrated DJ in Germany. Joining Väth on Friday and Saturday nights are top acts from around Europe, and the joint pulsates with life at this time. The dance club is huge, and there are three bars. Since the Cocoon is only open Friday and Saturday, on other nights the action centers on the more subdued Micro Club Restaurant, which features a continental and Asian fusion cuisine as well as dancing to electronic music. Fashion shows and live acts are also featured at the Micro. The Micro offers jazz, funk, soul, and R&B. The Cocoon is open Friday and Saturday 9pm to 6am; the Micro is open Tuesday to Thursday 7pm to 3am, and Friday and Saturday 7pm to 6am.

Frommer's ranks every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment it reviews for quality, value, service, amenities, and special features using a star-rating scale, an expression of the strong compare-and-contrast opinions that are a brand hallmark.
Other ratings provide stars based primarily on price and amenities; the Frommer's star rating is meant to quantify the kind of intangible, experiential elements that help travelers make informed decisions.
The "baseline" recommendation is zero stars--every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment that Frommer's chooses to review is recommended; otherwise, we simply wouldn't include it.
