A local favorite, this African oasis in the cityscape will make you forget you're in Frankfurt. Relax on low seats and at straw tables in the sand, or slide in at a candlelit table with patrons you'll know by the end of the night. You won't find silverware here, but instead a bread wrap called injera. Some of the Eritrean specialties include Tzhada kulwa (lamb meat with bell peppers) accompanied by spinach, lentils and potatoes, and Dorho (spicy chicken in a tomato sauce.) Vegetarian concoctions with spinach, potatoes, carrots, onions, and chick peas are also available.
