La Paz's two floors of dining rooms, plus a waterfront patio in warm weather, overlook newly developed Carroll Creek. The menu offers good Mexican food -- fajitas, flautas, vegetable burritos, and more -- accompanied by good Mexican margaritas. There's a limited children's menu.
