Getting There By Train -- Take S1 of the S-Bahn to Freising, a 25-minute ride. By Car -- Freising is northeast of Munich on the B11. Visitor Information The tourist information office is at Marienplatz 7 (tel. 08161/5-41-22). Hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturday 9am to 1pm.
