Les Potiers ReviewThe town's smallest and most charming restaurant lies midway between the town hall and the ancient arena. Spearheaded by Richard François and his wife Marilou Fortunato (who supervises the dining room), it occupies a century-old stone house and has only 15 seats. The menu changes with the seasons but usually includes fried slabs of duckling foie gras; crayfish ravioli with ricotta cheese and hazelnut oil; crisp-roasted rack of lamb cooked in a salt crust; and cannelloni stuffed with strips of rabbit served with a saffron-flavored medley of vegetables. A dessert with undeniable charm is a platter with five small portions of crème brûlée, each with a different flavor.
