In the oldest district of Fuenterrabía, close to the castle, this restaurant offers modern cuisine using top-notch ingredients appropriate to the season. The two floors of the restaurant feature thick masonry walls, hung with an array of 18th-century paintings. Try one of the specialties: foie gras of duckling Basque style, terrine of fresh mushrooms, or medallions of sole and salmon with seafood sauce.
