Hakata Miyako Hotel ReviewNear Hakata station's east (Shinkansen) exit, this attractive property with the famous Miyako name offers a convenient connection to Fukuoka Airport (just 5 min. via subway) and is close to shops and restaurant complexes. Spacious rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light, though city views are not spectacular. The one disadvantage: Tourist sights are on the west side of the station, so you have to go through the station concourse to reach them.
