This small hotel facing Percé Rock is the class act of the town in style, service, dining, and facilities. All guest rooms have small sitting areas, and those facing the water have decks (room nos. 69-74 are tops). The kitchen is open for breakfast and lunch in season and is fairly ambitious, sending table d'hôte dinners (C$24-C$49/US$24-US$49/£12-£24) into a dining room with unobstructed views of the rock from every chair. Lobster, salmon, scallops, and trout are always on the card. Reserve ahead.
