The seafood is fresh, and other top-quality dishes include pan-roasted filet of lamb with a basil salsa, and a delectable seared filet of beef served with grilled baby leeks and a truffle foie gras. The starters are especially appealing and imaginative; we loved the pumpkin-and-pancetta risotto and the wok-seared black-pepper beef with asparagus and a charred pineapple salad. For dessert, try chocolate soufflé pancakes with cold vanilla custard.
