This is a solid, reliable choice in a town not known for its dining. A reasonably priced a la carte menu with the chef's special of the day is posted on blackboards. The food consists of brasserie-style classics such as slow-roasted belly of pork or rack of lamb and always plenty of fresh fish. The menu changes frequently and the chefs specialize in organic ingredients.
