For a souvenir, you may want to visit a farming cooperative, the Cooperative Nérolium, 12 av. Georges-Clemenceau (tel. 04-93-64-27-54). It produces such foods as bitter-orange marmalade and quince jam, olive oils, and scented products such as orange-flower water. Another unusual outlet for local products is the Parfumerie Bouis, 50 av. Georges-Clemenceau (tel. 04-93-64-38-27). La Boutique de l'Olivier, 46 av. Georges-Clemenceau (tel. 04-93-64-16-63), specializes in olive-wood objects. They include pepper mills, salad servers, cheese boards, free-form bowls, and bread-slicing boxes. Terres à Terre, 58 av.
