This battered-looking Chinese joint -- and don't expect more than just that -- also does takeout. Over the years it's proved to be the dining bargain of the bazaar, surviving in a venue that hasn't been profitable for many of its (now-defunct) competitors. The menu is familiar, standard, and a bit shopworn: chop suey, chow mein, and sweet-and-sour chicken. It's certainly not gourmet Asian fare, but it's cheap, and it might hit the spot when you're craving something different.
